On the 18th of April, we held our annual Anzac Day Street Appeal. The day was a great success, raising over $21,000. On the day, we were lucky enough to have Paul Papalia, The Minister for Defence and Veterans Issues, Lord Mayor of the city Basil Zempilas & Matt Keogh, The Minister of Veteran Affairs. We thank them for their ongoing support of Legacy & the time dedicated to visiting us on the day.

Thank you to the Australian Army & the Royal Australian Navy for providing us with over 30 volunteers. The support that we received from Defence is vital for the success of our street Appeals. Additionally, the army came with 2 bushmasters which were great at attracting attention from foot traffic.

Our street appeals are always a positive reminder of the dedication & ongoing support from our community of volunteers here at Legacy WA. Their tireless support has been instrumental in ensuring the success of this important event. We extend our gratitude to them all for their contributions.
