About us - Coolangatta Tweed Heads Legacy

Club history

Coolangatta/Tweed Heads Legacy Club was inaugurated in 1977.

The Late Legatee Alan Rimes was the Club’s first President and there were 331 Widows and 19 Wards.

The Club currently has over 798 Widows and 3 Junior Legatees, 1 Tertiary Student and 18 Special Needs Dependants in its care.

Members meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 11:00 hours DST in Legacy House at 32 Enid St
Tweed Heads.

The Legacy Club of Coolangatta/Tweed Heads area covers from Tallebudgera Creek in the north to Barneys Point Bridge Banora Point in the South.

We are always seeking new Legatees to assist us with the rewarding task of ensuring our Widows and Wards receive the best of care.
