Do you or your loved ones have a Will? A Will ensures that your loved ones are looked after and your affairs are put in order. Legacy is offering you the chance to create a simple Will for FREE. This is a simple Will and does not include small businesses, overseas investments, or complex families.
We host a number of Wills Days each year. At a Legacy Wills Day, you can:
- Prepare your Will for FREE
- Help save your family, friends and loved ones time, money and emotional energy once you have passed away
- Support our work in your local community with a small service fee.
Appointments are 30 minutes and you will receive a simple Will drafted by our solicitor. You will need to make another appointment to sign your Will. Couples, please book one appointment as your Wills should mirror each other. For a Power of Attorney or Medical Power of Attorney, please speak to your solicitor to organise documents and payment.
Legacy Club Services will send you a pack, including appointment details, location, a Legacy bequest booklet for those that may wish to leave a gift to Legacy, and a copy of our Solicitor’s instructions document.
